It is believed that Fulham are preparing a summer bid for Preston striker Callum Robinson at the end of the season in a deal that could be worth a seven figure sum.
The 22 year old has been in fine form already this season with 8 goals and 3 assists for the North West side, so it is no surprise that manager Simon Grayson was rumoured to reject a bid for the youngster early on in the January window from The Cottagers.
However the London side have appeared to be keeping a close eye on the forward and are believed to be preparing another bid when the current season has ended for an increased amount.
Whilst it’s obvious that Preston would not want their striker to be leaving in the summer, a huge pay rise is reportedly on the table to help lure Robinson away from the club he joined permanently this season after 2 loan spells with the Lilywhites.
As well as being linked with Fulham the former Aston Villa youth player was also heavily linked to Queens Park Rangers and relegation-threatened Wolverhampton Wanderers in summer, however no official bid seemed to be made.
